How it works

A simple process that respects legal standards, urgency, and human context.

1
Send a brief

Share notes or a short written/voice summary. Define scope, filing date, and urgency.

2
Draft & structure

We prepare a professionally formatted draft with annexing and an evidence map where relevant.

3
Review & refine

You review for legal accuracy and strategy. We implement revisions and deliver the final working draft for adviser sign-off.

Quality control & confidentiality

Three-step QC and consistent formatting aligned to INZ and Ministerial standards: structured draft checks, peer review, and a final professional-boundary check. Files are stored with controlled access and version-controlled naming.

AI tools may be used in a limited, supervised manner for structural assistance only (e.g., headings, formatting checks, and drafting checklists). Client documents are not used for AI training and are not shared outside MIL’s secure workspace.

Vision & impact

MIL exists to strengthen humanitarian drafting by combining ethical intent with repeatable systems. Our goal is to help licensed advisers deliver clearer, better-structured submissions without compromising integrity, confidentiality, or professional boundaries. MIL doesn’t aim to scale advice. It aims to scale quality, so every humanitarian case receives the structure and seriousness it deserves.

Systemised quality

Building repeatable drafting frameworks so complex humanitarian cases are handled with consistency, clarity, and care, regardless of pressure or volume.

Ethical collaboration

Supporting advisers, not replacing them. MIL strengthens professional judgment while respecting regulatory boundaries and client dignity.

Long-term impact

Creating skilled, accountable drafting capacity and enabling better humanitarian outcomes through structured, human-led processes.
